What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments and Reviews
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We do not keep details that come into us via our Contact Form.  Your request comes into us on email and is not stored on a central database unless stated.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Analytics
We use an internal Analytics programme but this information is to improve our website for our visitors and is not stored externally.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with anyone expect for the purpose of delivering your products that you have purchased.  If agreed, we do upload your contact details onto Mail Chimp for the purpose of keeping our regular customers up-to-date with new products, promotions on services.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Under The GDPR, you do have the right to be forgotten apart from the data about your purchase that we have to keep for legal reasons.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Please contact via our contact form to make your Subject Rights Request.
Within our website, we do have the option to erasure all personal data and this request can be made via our contact form.
Where we send your data
The only data that we send would be to our wholesalers which include name, business name, address, contact telephone number and the items that you have purchased.  This is in order for them to make your delivery via their third party delivery company.
How we protect your data
Your data is not shared apart for the means to complete your order.  We only use pass worded hardware and have additional security measures in place to use the operating system which is run on WordPress and Woo Commerce, both are highly secure.  We make sure that all the plugins are up-to-date with the latest security features.
What data breach procedures we have in place
At times, we do download your customer information which includes business name, contact, address, email and telephone number.  This is kept in a passworded Dropbox folder on password protected hardware.  If we feel that there has been a breach in our security, even a minor one, we will contact you to advise all customers that have placed an order.  We do not have access to any credit card or debit card information so we do not store this.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We do not currently use this profiling but may do in the future.
